The department of Industrial Engineering started to present short course training (Dept-Industrial-Eng-Short-Learning-prog-2013-A--booklet) to all interested parties but mainly the client base consisted mainly of people from industry who wants to further their studies. Since our humble beginning in 2007 we have greatly expanded the number of short courses offered.
Our total offerings include:

We are in the process of expanding to East London, as a need for training in that area has been identified.
We do not only present the short courses at NMMU or in Port Elizabeth. We are currently in a partnership with the Western Cape Furniture Initiative providing training for their employees in Cape Town. Not to mention the training across the seas in Hannover, Germany.
We also entered into a partnership with DQS (DQS-Schedule-2013) last year and offer the following DQS training:
